Nicola Spuffard
Podiatrist
Now that the team has grown I am now able to concentrate on helping patients who have foot or leg pains. To do this I start by taking a good history of the problem and then carrying out a biomechanical assessment. From this I will devise a plan, which may involve footwear advise, rehabilitation advise, exercises and possibly custom made orthotics.
I now offer a treatment called Curacorn, which is designed to stop the pressure which causes the continuous cycle of callus and corn build-up. Patients have said what a relief it is not to have the constant pain.

Rachel Burt
Podiatrist
I’ve recently joined the team after working as a Podiatrist with the NHS for 22 years. During that time I treated most foot conditions, carried out diabetic foot checks and regularly performed nail surgery. In my spare time I enjoy being with friends and family, eating out, walking and reading (but not all at the same time!).

Gill Glover
Foot Health Practitioner
I qualified as a Foot Health Practioner in July 2019 and then worked with my sister in Hull where she has a Chiropody Practice. I moved to this area to be nearer my son and his family and then joined Nicola at The foot Health Clinic. I thoroughly enjoy my work as an FHP. Its very satisfying to know I have relieved foot pain that patients are suffering and to see them go home with a spring in their step.

Jessica Sartain
Foot Health Practitioner
I originally trained as a nurse 15 years ago when my daughter was a toddler. I now also have a little boy. Life is very busy, but I love my new role as an FHP.

Kay Mustoe
Receptionist
I joined the Clinic in Oct 2022. I love meeting all the patients and having a chat and catch-up. My fiancé, Nazim, lives in Turkey and I look forward to my holidays when I can spend time with him.
